As a Working Student in Quality Assurance, you will support the team in maintaining high quality standards and improving internal processes. This role offers hands-on experience in quality management, compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).

• Assist in workshops with quality documentation and procedures.

• Help monitor quality metrics and analyze performance data.

• Support quality inspections and issue-tracking activities.

• Assist in audit preparation and compliance-related tasks.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, and supply chain) to uphold quality standards.

• Interest in supporting the setup and optimization of business processes in Quality Management System (QMS).

• High IT competence in MS Office applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.

• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
