We are looking for a motivated Working Student in Logistics to support our team in managing and optimizing daily logistics operations, material handling processes, inventory coordination, and supply chain activities in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and continuously improving end-to-end logistics processes

  • Support the development and maintenance of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for logistics and material handling activities

  • Help implement best practices for packaging, labeling, tracking, and shipping documentation

  • Assist with the receipt of incoming goods and support efficient warehouse allocation

  • Support outgoing shipment processes, including packaging and labeling according to specifications

  • Help maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock checks

  • Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners, both domestic and international

  • Support customs processing requirements for material transfers outside Germany

  • Assist in managing logistics operations suppliers as required

Stellenanforderungen

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

  • Initial experience through internships or other working student roles, ideally in a dynamic or fast-paced environment are welcome

  • Interest in supporting the setup and optimization of logistics processes

  • Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping and customs procedures

  • Familiarity with shipping operations, warehousing, and inventory management principles

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

  • Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools is a plus

  • Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
