We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Venture Development Intern, you will be collaborating closely with our Founders and our Founders Associate, shaping our startup's growth across venture development, HR, marketing, sales, and strategy. Gain unique insights into building and scaling up a startup.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Extend the business side of our founding team, supporting across multiple areas such as business development, HR, marketing, sales, and strategy

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions

  • Help define and improve internal processes as we scale

  • Take ownership of your projects that drive real company progress

  • Collaborate on communications and branding efforts

Job requirements

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics or related field

  • Gained first professional experience, preferably in consulting, VC or Startup

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Proficiency in Office Software or equivalent tools

  • Fluent in both German and English

  • Minimum availability of 4 months
