As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain and procurement processes, contributing to our mission of achieving efficiency and excellence. Your roadmap to make an impact

• Select and establish relationships with new suppliers that align with company standards and objectives.

• Order components in accordance with the production plan, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

• Support the development and optimization of our business process landscape for supply chain, procurement and logistics.

• Control and ensure compliance with supplier quality requirements.

• Implement strategies to reduce the cost of supplied materials without compromising quality.

• Assist in setting up and enhancing IT systems for the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics environment.

• Oversee subcontracting purchase orders when necessary.

• Collaborate on supply chain & production planning to anticipate needs and prevent disruptions.

• Manage Import & Export Control as well as customs related subjects within the supply chain.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities.

• Passion for optimizing supply chain processes and driving operational improvements.

• Enthusiasm for building and maintaining fruitful supplier relationships.

• Eagerness to work in a dynamic environment where proactive problem-solving is rewarded.

• Commitment to achieving cost-efficiencies and quality enhancements in procurement activities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.

• Fluent in English & German.
