We are now looking for a team member who really wants to make a difference! As an Intern in Supply Chain (for six months), you will support the full supply chain and logistics workflow, contributing to smooth daily operations, process improvements, and reliable material flow across the business.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Assisting in the creation and maintenance of SOPs for logistics, material handling, and procurement activities

  • Helping manage incoming goods, including receipt, documentation, and warehouse allocation

  • Supporting outgoing shipments with packaging, labeling, documentation, and coordination with logistics partners

  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting regular stock checks

  • Ability to support operational purchasing tasks such as order creation, confirmations, and updating procurement data with high accuracy.

  • Contributing to process optimization efforts across supply chain, logistics, and procurement

Who you are

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Graduates seeking voluntary Internship placements are also welcome)

  • First experience in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or supply chain is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to support both administrative and operational tasks

  • Interest in supply chain processes, logistics operations, and continuous improvement

  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams

  • Confident with MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage

  • Fluent in English and German
