Now, we are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference and brings both engineering and a credible operational strategist experience. This role is the critical technical bridge between our sales team and our end-users and customers. As a Solutions Architect, you will be the senior technical partner to our entire sales organization and will report directly to the Sales Team.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • You will lead the definition of technical requirements based on customer and user needs and TYTAN product architecture and technical capabilities

  • You will be the trusted technical advisor to customers including procurement agencies and partners with regards to TYTAN’s solutions

  • You will coordinate across TYTAN’s sales team and technical team to win the most complex and strategic customer accounts supporting tendering and delivery end to end

  • You will act as the primary technical feedback loop between external stakeholders and product management, application engineering, and sales providing real-world insights on customer requirements and integration challenges to shape our product's future

  • You will ensure adherence to key military standards and compliance with interoperability frameworks

  • You will build and refine the technical sales playbook from the ground up including our methodology for designing customer-specific "mission solutions."

Job requirements

Who you are

  • You are a proven "System-Builder" and have 5+ years of experience in a deep-tech environment, with a demonstrable track record of building and leading a pre-sales, field engineer, or systems engineering team

  • You have a technical background e.g., in robotics, C2 systems, aerospace, or complex software integration. You can confidently lead technical workshops with a customer's most senior engineers

  • You excel at mapping complex technical features to a customer's operational needs and business value

  • Ideally you have experience with defense architecture and interoperability frameworks

  • Previous military service or direct experience with military/security operations is a significant advantage

  • You are an exceptional communicator and presenter both in German and English

  • You are willing to travel to directly engage with external stakeholders in technical discussions and workshops
