As our Site Operations Coordinator, you'll support the day-to-day operations by coordinating internal processes, managing external service providers, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple business functions as we continue to grow.

Your Road Map to Impact:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and continuous improvements.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities.

  • Partner with internal teams and external service providers to ensure business operations run smoothly.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building stakeholders.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects and continuous improvements.

  • Maintain and optimize internal operational processes, documentation, and administrative workflows.

  • Coordinate site logistics, and inventory for operational needs.

  • Monitor operational budgets, invoices, and supplier documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and the overall employee experience.

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day operational topics across the business.

Job requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

  • Comfortable working independently and solving problems in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience coordinating external vendors or service providers is a plus.

  • A valid Driver’s License

  • Fluent in German and English.
