Job description

TYTAN Technologies

The PACE is fast. The expectations are high. The contribution matters. Working at TYTAN is more than a job, this is a mission. We thrive, think big, and hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our mission and values guide everything we do, and we're looking for people who thrive on ownership, embrace challenges, and are energized by meaningful work. If you're motivated by impact and thrive in dynamic environments, you'll fit right in.

At TYTAN, we aim to set a global standard in autonomous air defense with AI-driven, cost-efficient systems that counter unmanned aerial threats at scale. We protect people. We protect critical infrastructure. We protect Europe’s sovereignty.

We are seeking a Requirements Engineer to own the complete technical requirements baseline for TYTAN's C-UAS systems. This role maintains the single source of truth for what our products must do, how they're specified, and where implementation actually stands — and ensures nothing gets built, bid, or delivered against a requirement nobody actually checked.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact

  • Own and maintain the complete technical requirements baseline for TYTAN's C-UAS systems.

  • Maintain a detailed, current understanding of product specifications, interfaces, and implementation status.

  • Ensure end-to-end traceability from customer requirements through design, implementation, and verification.

  • Coordinate requirement changes across hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.

  • Identify technical gaps, conflicts, and dependencies early, before they become integration or delivery risks.

  • Support bid, capture, and customer engagements with accurate, current requirements documentation.

Job requirements

  • Strong hardware, systems, or product-engineering background.

  • Demonstrated ownership of a complete technical requirements baseline.

  • Detailed understanding of product specifications, interfaces, and current implementation status.

  • Experience ensuring end-to-end traceability from customer requirements to design, implementation, and verification.

  • Experience coordinating requirement changes across hardware, software, and systems engineering.

  • Ability to identify technical gaps, conflicts, and dependencies early.
