We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference as a 
Quality Assurance Manager. This position plays a key role in building and implementing our quality processes from the ground up, ensuring compliance, consistency, and excellence across all production and organizational levels. If you are passionate about quality systems, process optimization, and continuous improvement, this is an outstanding opportunity to shape our quality culture and standards.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems (QMS) aligned with organizational and ISO requirements.

  • Establish and manage control plans to ensure product and process quality throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Lead the setup and coordination of issue management processes, ensuring timely problem resolution and root-cause analysis.

  • Drive ISO compliance initiatives, maintaining certifications and preparing for external and internal audits.

  • Develop and deploy a quality inspection system to monitor performance, identify deviations, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support cross-functional teams in embedding quality standards into daily operations and project execution.

  • Create and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and audit reports.

  • Train and mentor teams on quality processes, tools, and best practices.

  • Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and recommend preventive or corrective actions.

  • Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with quality goals.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, EN9100) and experience supporting compliance activities.

  • Hands-on experience in control planning, issue management, and inspection systems setup.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.

  • Passion for driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence.

  • Proactive communicator with strong collaboration skills across departments.

  • Self-driven and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Fluent in English & German.
