We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical Project Analyst (m/f/d) to support business performance by identifying opportunities for improvement across our projects. You will analyze processes, investigate root causes of project challenges, identify bottlenecks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement practical, data-driven solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, and driving continuous improvement.

Your Roadmap to Make an Impact

Process Analysis

  • Analyze processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

  • Observe business operations and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand current processes and challenges

  • Map business processes and document findings

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying business issues

  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize operational and commercial bottlenecks

  • Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance

  • Support the implementation of improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness

Data & Performance

  • Analyze data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making

  • Measure the impact of implemented improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and other business functions

  • Support projects aimed at improving performance and operational effectiveness

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholder

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of experience in Project/ commercial/business analysis, or a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations

  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
