Now, we are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As Manufacturing & Production Technician, you will ensure our products are built and scaled to deliver industry-leading safety, reliability, and performance.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems

  • Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements

  • Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration

  • Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs

  • Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development

  • Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards

Job requirements

  • Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in additive manufacturing, laser cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal work, soldering, and spot welding

  • Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics, avionics, and related components

  • Skilled at sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating material procurement

  • Balances creative, out-of-the-box thinking with practical, long-term solutions to address both immediate and future needs

  • Highly self-organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Fluent in German or English
