We are looking for a Learning, Development and Culture Manager to lead initiatives that foster continuous learning, strengthen leadership capability, and cultivate an engaging, high-performance workplace culture. This role partners with different leads and the HR department to design and deliver learning programs, drive employee engagement, and embed our organizational values across the employee lifecycle.

Your Roadmap to make an Impact

Learning & Development

  • Develop and implement the company's learning and development strategy.

  • Identify capability gaps and create learning solutions aligned with business objectives.

  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.

  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

  • Support leadership development, career growth, and succession planning.

  • Track learning effectiveness through participation, feedback, and business impact metrics.

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events.

  • Partner with leaders to reinforce company values and promote a positive work environment.

  • Analyze employee feedback and recommend actions to improve the employee experience.

  • Support change management and culture transformation initiatives.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand development needs.

  • Manage external training providers and learning budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

  • Stay informed about learning trends and recommend innovative development practices.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

  • Expertise in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and creating engaging learning experiences.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders and collaborate across functions.

  • Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
