Now, we are looking for a
Lead Supply Chain to take end-to-end ownership of our Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics operations. In this role, you will design, implement, and continuously optimize the full supply chain landscape — from supplier selection and purchasing to warehousing, logistics operations, and import/export compliance.

You will play a key role in building scalable processes, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting production planning in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Your roadmap to make an impact

Supply Chain Strategy & Process Ownership

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across procurement, material handling, warehousing, and shipping activities.

  • Support the development and optimization of the company’s business process landscape for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics.

  • Assist in setting up and enhancing IT systems for the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Logistics environment.

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Select and establish relationships with new suppliers and order components according to production plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels.

  • Control and ensure supplier quality compliance and implement cost-reduction strategies.

  • Oversee subcontracting purchase orders and build, maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

  • Manage receipt of incoming goods and ensure efficient warehouse allocation.

  • Handle outgoing shipments, including packaging and labelling according to specifications.

  • Implement best practices in packaging, labelling, tracking, and shipping documentation.

  • Coordinate daily operations with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners (domestic and international).

  • Manage logistics operation suppliers as required.

Import, Export & Compliance

  • Manage import & export control topics within the supply chain.

  • Ensure customs requirements are properly processed for material transfers outside Germany.

  • Oversee compliance with international shipping regulations and Incoterms.

Planning & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate on supply chain and production planning to anticipate material needs and prevent disruptions.

  • Align procurement and logistics activities with operational and production requirements.

Stellenanforderungen

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.

  • Proven experience in setting up or scaling supply chain and logistics processes.

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping, including customs procedures and Incoterms.

  • Solid understanding of procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and supplier quality control.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on mentality and strong self-organization skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities in German and English.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
