We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Junior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable military ground control station applications coordinating various effectors and integrating with external systems in real-time mission-critical environments.
Your roadmap to make an impact
Develop full-stack applications for ground control stations, balancing performance, reliability, and operator usability.
Design integration protocols that enable the communication between ground control stations and external Command & Control (C2) systems.
Develop low-latency data pipelines for target tracking, sensor fusion, and tactical decision support.
Ensure system observability through comprehensive logging, distributed tracing, and real-time metrics.
Develop tactical interfaces (desktop and web) that give operators clear situational awareness.
Support field integration events, traveling to partner sites and test ranges to validate system interoperability in realistic conditions.
Stellenanforderungen
Who you are
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
2+ years full stack development with exposure to real-time, mission-critical applications.
Understanding of distributed systems architecture.
Experience in building modern frontend applications using React or Angular, TypeScript.
Experience in backend development using Node.js or Python (Flask/FastAPI) and have experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, WebSocket-based real-time communication.
Experience working with relational, NoSQL, in-memory, and time-series databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and InfluxDB.
Understanding of networking fundamentals and exposure to telemetry or messaging protocols.
Experience working with Linux-based environments, as well as tools such as Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelines to build, deploy, and maintain production systems.
Domain knowledge in real-time systems, including state machines, coordinate frames, sensor data fusion, Kalman filtering .
