As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, performance, and security. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and drive technical improvements.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud environments)

  • Administer Windows/Linux systems and virtualization platforms

  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security

  • Support cloud services (e.g., Azure, GCP or similar)

  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

  • Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions

  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices

  • Provide technical support for internal users (1st/2nd level)

Job requirements

Who you are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Several years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration

  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and GCP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (e.g., Microsoft, GCP, Unify)

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently and in teams

  • Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
