As the Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s information security strategy, policies, and controls. You will play a key role in protecting company assets and ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2 and GDPR.

Your roadmap to make an impact

  • Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures

  • Lead risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability management programs

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks

  • Monitor security incidents and lead response and remediation efforts

  • Conduct security awareness training for employees

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security controls

  • Manage third-party/vendor security assessments

  • Report on security posture to senior management

Stellenanforderungen

Who you are

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, IT, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in information security or risk management

  • Strong knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)

  • Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability scanning, and incident response

  • Good understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor

  • Experience in cloud security (Azure/GCP security best practices)

  • Knowledge of secure software development practices

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
