Your roadmap to make an impact

You will own and scale the operational backbone of our People function. Your work ensures clarity, compliance, transparency and measureable impact across the organization.

• Own and scale all People Operations processes across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding

• Maintain and optimize our HR Systems to increase efficiency and data accuracy (Personio and others)

• Drive data quality and reporting to make HR measurable, scalable and decision-relevant

• Prepare and coordinate payroll data (including international payroll cases)

• Maintain personnel master data, contracts and official documentation with precision and compliance

• Support internationalization efforts (new entities, cross-border employment setups, scaling processes globally)

• Contribute to building scalable HR structures and processes in a growing environment

Who you are

• 3 + years of experience in People Operations, HR Administration or similar operational HR roles

• Experience in high-growth environments or scale-ups with dynamic headcount growth

• Hands-on knowledge of payroll & german labor law - ideally including international payroll exposure

• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS (Personio, Personio Payroll)

• Experience introducing or scaling HR tools (e.g. salary benchmarking, engagement surveys, performance management systems)

• Strong analytical mindset and passion for data quality, measurable People KPIs and AI

• Strong ownership mentality and proactiveness and a drive to build efficient, scalable systems instead of maintaining in the status quo

• Nice to have: you have experience with ISO 9001 and exposure to international payroll or cross-border HR operations
