We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our branch in western Munich and take full ownership of HR operations for our production and manufacturing team.
In this role, you will manage core HR processes, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience for our team onsite. Beyond operational excellence, you will act as a cultural ambassador, fostering a strong, cohesive workplace culture and helping to keep our team engaged, connected, and aligned with our values. Part-time possible.
Your Roadmap to make an impact
Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for production and manufacturing employees
Maintain and continuously update personnel records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Partner closely with management on performance management, probation evaluations, and employee relations matters
Support time tracking, shift scheduling, vacation management, and payroll preparation
Ensure full compliance with German labor law and internal policies, particularly within a production environment
Act as a key interface between the production site and the HR team in Munich, ensuring clear, transparent, and consistent communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related topics, including policies, contracts, and day-to-day inquiries
Actively support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and close collaboration with hiring managers
Contribute to and support learning and development initiatives for production staff
Stellenanforderungen
Who you are
Minimum 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, ideally within production or manufacturing environments
In-depth knowledge of German labor law, compliance frameworks, and ISO standards
Flexibility to work across multiple locations based on business needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both production staff and management
Hands-on, proactive, and capable of managing multiple HR processes independently
Experience or familiarity with drone technology, manufacturing, or production technician environments is a plus
Fluent in German and English
