As Head of IT & Cyber Security, you will build and own the strategy, governance, operations, security, compliance, and continuous improvement of the company's IT environment. You will build and lead an internal team and establish scalable processes, controls, and metrics that support TYTAN’s growth trajectory and compliance requirements.

The successful candidate combines strong hands-on technical expertise, structured problem-solving, operational excellence, security leadership, and the ability to act as a trusted business partner across the organization.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT and security strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Build a scalable, resilient, and future-ready IT function capable of supporting rapid company growth.

• Own end-user computing, infrastructure, networks, cloud services, identity management, and collaboration platforms.

• Implement and mature IT Service Management (ITSM)

• Define and improve incident, request, problem, change, asset, and configuration management processes.

• Establish governance frameworks, policies, standards, and operating procedures.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.

• Manage relationships with managed service providers, vendors, and technology partners.

• Advise leadership on technology risks, investments, and strategic opportunities.

• Lead security risk assessments and mitigation activities.

• Establish security monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and incident response capabilities.

• Build security awareness and training programs.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, HR, Finance, and Leadership teams.

• Balance operational needs, security requirements, compliance obligations, and business priorities.

• 8+ years of experience in IT, infrastructure, information security, or related

  disciplines.

• 3+ years in a leadership or senior management role.

• Experience building or scaling IT functions within a growing organization.

• Strong understanding of modern enterprise IT operations and architecture.

• Hands-on leader who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves when needed.

• Demonstrated experience implementing and operating ITSM practices.

• Experience managing external service providers and technology vendors.

• Strong knowledge of information security principles and operational security

  controls.

• Experience leading compliance, audit, or certification initiatives.
