As we scale our operations, we are building a strong financial backbone to support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, hence we are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our finance function as we establish reliable financial processes in an agile environment.

As Accountant, you will support TYTAN’s financial operations by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining strong accounting practices. You will work closely with our Senior Accountant and our external advisors to help build a scalable finance foundation for a rapidly growing deep-tech company.

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Maintain and record daily financial transactions such as posting and reconciliation of bank statements

• Assist in preparing financial statements in accounting systems

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoices and expense reports

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

• Maintain organized financial records and documentation

• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting in coordination with external advisors

• Help improve financial processes, documentation, and internal controls

• You will be involved in fix assets accounting and inter-company reconciliation

Who you are

• Education or Training in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

• 2 - 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic Agile environment

• Familiarity with German accounting standards (HGB) and working with external tax advisors (Steuerberater) is preferred

• Fluency in German is required; strong English skills are a plus

• Experience with accounting software, with proficiency in Moss and Excel considered an advantage. Familiarity with Odoo is a plus

• Interest in process automation and digital tools in finance is welcome
